About the project
Major redevelopment and AEI works comprising internal reconfiguration, façade upgrading with aluminium cladding and fins, larger windows, new passenger and cargo lifts, ACMV replacement, office fit-out, external repainting, landscaping, and upgrading of building services to create a modern corporate headquarters.
Achieved the BCA Green Mark Platinum Zero Energy Award in 2021.
