Major A&A and conservation works to heritage shophouses involving structural strengthening, façade conservation, modern M&E upgrades, and careful execution within a confined urban environment while preserving the buildings’ architectural character
Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Architectural Heritage Awards 2022 – Special Mention. The award recognized the project’s careful conservation approach, which preserved the original Art Deco character while sensitively adapting the buildings for contemporary use as a co-working space.
