About the project
Development of a residential flat comprising one block of 5‑storey apartments with a total of 28 residential units, including a basement, attic, swimming pool, and communal facilities:
- Demolition of the existing 5‑storey residential block with basement and hotel
- Bored piling works
- Jet grouting for soil strengthening
- ERSS (Earth Retaining Stabilizing Structure) installation for open‑cut basement excavation
- Construction of the basement car park
- Installation of a lift serving all levels from basement to attic
- Construction of a rooftop swimming pool and gymnasium
- Installation of LOPO brick cladding to external walls — the first project in Singapore to adopt this system
