About the project
AEI works to existing 7 storey multi-user light Industrial Development with 2 basement carparks:
- Refurbishment of passenger lift lobbies, corridors, and production areas
- Erection of smoke stop lobbies across multiple levels for fire safety compliance
- Transformation of main entrance lobby with new walls, finishes, signage, and structural glass doors
- Installation of floor traps for improved drainage
- Integration of architectural, structural, and M&E works to enhance safety, accessibility, and modern design
