About the project
Additions & Alterations of Facade Works and New 1st storey Genset to existing 4-storey warehouse development:
- Façade replacement and upgrades to windows, louvers, canopy structures, and painting
- Toilet refurbishment and reinstatement works at office spaces
- Installation of new 650kVA genset with RC base, fire‑rated wall, EMSB, and fencing
- Construction of new FCC with upgraded M&E systems, smoke purging, evacuation lifts, and communication systems
- Civil works including driveway, carpark lots, landscaping, and signage
- Comprehensive testing, commissioning, RI inspections, TOP clearance, and phased handover
