- Corridor and lobby improvements with new flooring, wall treatments, and ceiling boards, ensuring consistent finishes across all levels.
- Mechanical and electrical works integrated throughout, including demolition and installation for toilets, lobbies, and common areas.
- Entrance foyer upgrades with new finishes and M&E installations to enhance functionality and appearance.
- External works covering carpark and canopy improvements, supported by general cleaning, inspections, and final approvals for handover.
